Our Team

Ross and Laura have been ministering to teens for 20 years.  They have been called to serve in the Flint area since 2013.  Ross is the youth pastor at Emmanuel - Flint. Laura serves as a senior high leader in that ministry and is pursuing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Colorado Christian University with the goal of being better equipped to minister to the unique needs of the teens in this area. 

Their desire is to see all teens find their identity and purpose in their Creator.  Ross and Laura have a heart for at-risk and disadvantaged teens. God has given them the privilege and calling to come alongside and love these teens. Through this non-profit organization, Amplify Michigan, they hope to deepen and expand the impact of the ministry by creating Amplify Ministries.

We are excited to see how God is going to use this unique opportunity to further His Kingdom in Genesee County.
